For Weight Loss
Replace 1 meal per day with 1-2 scoops of Lean95 in 500ml or more of water. This can be any of the 3 main meals of the day
Replace 2 meals per day with 1-2 scoops of Lean95 in 500ml or more of water. This is usually recommended for 3-4 days, followed by 1 meal being replaced by Lean95 for 2-3 days. The process can be repeated
Replace all meals with Lean95 for a 24 hour period followed by a normal-for-you day. This can be done 2-3 times per week depending on your goals.
Take 1 scoop with 500ml or more of water 15-30 minutes before 1 or 2 of your main meals. Reduce the portion size of those main meals.
We have found that most people get best results by taking Lean95 either in the morning or in the evening. If taking in the morning we recommend it be taken with 500ml or more of water and then follow this up with another 500ml minimum after 1-2 hours.
If drinking Lean95 at night as a replacement for dinner be sure to drink 300ml or more of water in addition before going to bed.
For Sports Performance
If muscle repair and recovery is the main focus: Take 2 scoops of Lean95 with 250ml-500ml of water as a pre-workout and/or post-workout drink. The pre-workout drink should be consumed 30-60 minutes prior to training and post-workout immediately after training. Lean95 can be blended with fruit, coconut water or juice - this is especially recommended post workout.
As an evening snack Lean95 can be consumed before bed with 200ml or more of water.
If energy and endurance is the main focus: Take 2 scoops of Lean95 with 250ml-500ml of water 30-60 minutes prior to training. As a post-workout drink blend Lean95 with juice or coconut water and fruit (optional). Lean 95 can also be consumed during long training sessions. In this case mix 1-2 scoops with 500ml-600ml of water. This is especially effective for cyclists.
We strongly advise that you drink plenty of water during the day whether you are using Lean95 for weight loss or sports performance.
The above recommendations are merely guidelines. We encourage you try different ways of taking Lean95 to determine what works best for you.
